Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website and the Carriage waitlist. By using the site, you agree to them. They don't cover the Carriage software itself; studios that sign up will get a separate customer agreement.
Who we are
This website is run by Coding Warehouse Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no.11913265), whose registered office is at 1007 London Road, Leigh-on-Sea, England, SS9 3JY. You can contact us athello@usecarriage.com.
The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
- It doesn't guarantee you a place, a launch date or particular terms. We'll invite founding studios in the order and at the pace that works for the product.
- You can leave at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Please only sign up with your own details, or details you have permission to use.
Prices and features
Carriage hasn't launched yet. The price (£199 a month) and the features on this site describe what we plan to offer. They may change before launch, and nothing on this site is an offer you can accept. The price and features that apply to you will be set out in your customer agreement before you pay anything.
Information about other providers
The comparison on this site uses prices and features that other providers published, or that third parties reported, on the date shown. We've tried to make it accurate, but providers change their pricing often and some only quote privately. Always check directly with the provider before making a decision. Product names and trade marks belong to their owners, and their use here doesn't mean those providers endorse or are connected with Carriage.
Using this site
- Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break it, overload it or get into parts you shouldn't.
- Don't submit content that's unlawful, misleading or someone else's personal data without permission.
- The design, text, logo and the Carriage name belong to us. You can share links to the site, but please don't copy it without asking.
- Links to other websites are there for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
Our responsibility to you
We provide this site free and as it is. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Your data
How we handle the details you give us is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
